Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unopened and in its original condition.
- The product is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
- You have tried the product and believe there is a genuine quality issue (subject to assessment by our customer service team).
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless the product is defective or there is a verified quality concern.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind:
- Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during transit
- Faulty
- Missing items
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we’ll offer one of the following:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Full refund
We’ll cover all shipping costs where the error is ours.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Full name
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team aims to respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send products back without first contacting our team.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
- We sent the wrong product.
- The item is faulty.
- The product arrived damaged.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Legit Supps cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened supplements (unless faulty or approved by our team)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
