Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Cancel through your online account before your next scheduled billing date. There are no cancellation fees or minimum subscription periods.

Can I skip an order?

Yes. You can skip an upcoming delivery from your account. A skipped order is not considered a successful subscription delivery, so it does not count towards unlocking your increased discount.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes. Pause your subscription when you need a longer break, then restart it when you are ready.

Can I change my delivery schedule?

Yes. You can change your delivery frequency or reschedule your next billing date through your account.

Can I change my products?

Single-product subscribers can change eligible flavours or variants where available. Stack subscribers can swap eligible products, flavours and quantities.

When does my bigger discount start?

Your increased discount starts automatically from your third successful subscription delivery. Single-product subscriptions increase from 12% to 15% off. Stack subscriptions increase to 20%, 23% or 26% off, depending on the number of products in the stack.

Do my stack savings continue on future deliveries?

Yes. Your stack and subscriber savings continue on every eligible subscription delivery. Your stack must contain at least 3 products to remain eligible for a stack discount.

What happens if I change the size of my stack?

Your total saving updates to match the number of products in your next delivery:

  • 3 products: 17% initially, then 20%
  • 4 products: 20% initially, then 23%
  • 5 or more products: 23% initially, then 26%
What happens if I reduce my stack below 3 products?

A minimum of 3 products is required for a stack subscription discount. Reducing your stack below 3 products may remove the stack saving.

When will I be charged?

Your first order is charged when you check out. Future orders are charged on the billing schedule shown in your account.

Will I receive a reminder?

Yes. We will remind you before your scheduled renewal so you have time to review or update your order.

Can I use another discount code?

Subscription and stack savings are already applied automatically and generally cannot be combined with other discount codes.

What happens if something is out of stock?

We will contact you if an unavailable product affects your upcoming order. You may be able to swap or remove the product before the order is processed.

What happens if my payment fails?

We will notify you and retry the payment. You can update your payment method through your online account.

Can I use Afterpay or Zip?

Recurring subscriptions require a stored payment method that supports automatic payments. Afterpay and Zip are available for eligible one-time purchases but cannot be used for recurring subscription charges.

Why might checkout show a different renewal estimate?

Shopify may display different parts of your subscription saving separately. Your eligible stack and subscriber savings remain attached to future subscription orders, even where the checkout renewal estimate does not display them together.

The important bits

Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency selected during checkout until they are skipped, paused or cancelled.

Single-product subscriptions receive 12% off the first two successful deliveries and 15% off from the third successful delivery.

Stack subscriptions require at least 3 eligible products. Total stack subscription savings are:

  • 3 products: 17% off deliveries 1 and 2, then 20% off from delivery 3
  • 4 products: 20% off deliveries 1 and 2, then 23% off from delivery 3
  • 5 or more products: 23% off deliveries 1 and 2, then 26% off from delivery 3

Skipped, paused, failed or cancelled orders do not count as successful deliveries towards the increased third-delivery discount. Subscription discounts generally cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date. Prices, availability, shipping charges and taxes may change.
