Build Your Stack subscriptions

1. Minimum stack size. A Build Your Stack order must contain at least 3 eligible products.
2. Stack discount. Eligible stacks receive 12% off when they contain 3 items, 15% off when they contain 4 items, and 18% off when they contain 5 or more items. The stack discount applies to eligible one-time purchases and continues on eligible recurring subscription orders.
3. Subscriber discount. Subscription orders receive an additional 5% off the first 2 subscription orders, then an additional 10% off from the third subscription order onwards while the subscription remains active.
4. How discounts are calculated. The subscriber discount is applied after the stack discount. The combined saving is therefore slightly different from simply adding the two percentages together. A subscription stack containing 5 or more items receives an effective saving of up to approximately 26% from the third subscription order.
5. Recurring stack eligibility. The stack discount on each recurring order is based on the eligible products and quantities in that order. If the stack is changed to fewer than 3 eligible items, the stack discount may no longer apply. Moving between the 3-item, 4-item and 5-or-more-item tiers may change the discount applied to future orders.
6. Billing and delivery frequency. The first order is charged when the order is placed. Future orders are charged automatically at the 30-day, 60-day or 90-day frequency selected by the customer.
7. Checkout renewal estimate. Shopify's recurring-payment estimate may display only the subscription selling-plan discount and may not include the separate recurring stack discount. The eligible stack discount remains applicable to recurring subscription orders. The final amount charged may also change if the customer changes the products or quantities in the stack, or if product prices, shipping charges or taxes change.
8. Managing a subscription. Customers may use their account portal to swap eligible products or flavours, change quantities or delivery frequency, skip or reschedule an order, pause the subscription where available, or cancel before the next billing date. Changes apply to future orders and may change the applicable discount or renewal total.
9. Skipped and paused orders. A skipped or paused order is not a completed subscription order and may delay the additional 10% subscriber discount. The completed-order count resumes when subscription orders restart.
10. Other discount codes. Stack and subscriber discounts are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. Payment methods. Subscription renewals require an eligible stored payment method. Afterpay and Zip are available only where shown at checkout and are not available for automatic subscription renewals.
12. Failed payments and unavailable products. If a renewal payment fails, further payment attempts may be made and the customer may be asked to update their payment method. If an item becomes unavailable, the order may be delayed while the customer is contacted or until the stack is updated.
