Subscription Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all subscription purchases from Legit Supps, including Build Your Stack subscriptions, single-product subscriptions, and preset bundle subscriptions. They sit alongside our general Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. How subscriptions work

When you subscribe, you authorise Legit Supps to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis at your chosen delivery frequency (every 30, 60 or 90 days) until you cancel. Your first order is billed at checkout. Each renewal is billed automatically on your schedule.

2. Subscription programs and discounts

Build Your Stack. Stacks of 3 or more products receive a stack discount: 12% for 3 items, 15% for 4 items, and 18% for 5 or more items. Subscribing adds a further 5% off your first two orders and 10% off from your third order onward. Discounts are calculated sequentially on the running price, not added together, and your combined price is shown before you subscribe.

Single products. Eligible products can be subscribed to individually at the rates displayed on the product page at the time you subscribe, currently 12% on your first two orders and 15% from your third order onward.

Preset bundles. Preset bundles may be purchased once or on subscription. The bundle discount and any additional subscriber discount, including its schedule, are shown on the bundle page before you subscribe. Preset bundle contents are fixed, though you can switch between available bundle variants.

Order counting for discount changes is based on successfully billed orders. Skipped or paused orders do not count toward the change and do not reset your progress.

3. Pricing

The price shown at checkout, including your discounts, is the price your renewals will bill. If we need to change the price of an active subscription, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before your next billing date if you do not accept it. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout and, where a free shipping threshold applies, it is assessed on your order value after discounts.

4. Payment

Subscriptions require a payment method that supports recurring billing. Buy-now-pay-later services, including Afterpay and Zip, are available on one-time purchases only. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it up to 3 times over approximately 10 days and notify you by email at each attempt, with a link to update your payment method. If all retries fail, your subscription is paused, not cancelled, and you can resume it once your payment method is updated. A payment awaiting confirmation that is not confirmed within 7 days is treated as failed.

5. Renewal reminders

We email you approximately 3 days before each renewal is billed, so no charge should ever come as a surprise.

6. Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime through your account portal, accessed via the secure login link on our site or the link in any subscription email. From the portal you can: skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months, reschedule or delay an upcoming order, change your delivery frequency, change product quantities, swap products or flavours, remove products, update your payment method or delivery address, place your next order early, and cancel or reactivate your subscription.

Changes apply to orders that have not yet been billed. Orders already billed are fulfilled as placed. If you change your delivery frequency, your discount is recalculated according to your plan. Stacks must contain at least 3 items to retain stack pricing.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through your account portal, with no lock-in period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops all future billing. Orders billed before cancellation are fulfilled and delivered as normal. You can reactivate a cancelled subscription from the portal at any time.

8. Out of stock items

If any item in your upcoming order is out of stock, we hold the entire order and do not bill you until all items are available. We will notify you by email, and you can swap or remove the unavailable item through your portal to have the rest of your order proceed at the next attempt.

9. Discount codes

Stack and subscriber discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we expressly state otherwise. Where codes are permitted, one code may be applied per order.

10. Fair use

To protect against fraud and misuse, subscription accounts are subject to reasonable limits, including a maximum number of orders per day and a maximum quantity per item. We may refuse, cancel or refund orders that we reasonably believe breach these limits or are fraudulent.

11. Returns, refunds and guarantees

Our Returns & Refund Policy and 30-day guarantee apply to subscription orders in the same way as one-time orders. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified by email before they take effect. Changes apply to orders billed after the change.
